Steps for Online Submission of Annual Declaration of Self Certification (DSC)

To submit the DSC online, please follow the steps below:

  1. Visit AMFI Website
    Go to the “Distributors Corner” on the AMFI website and select:
    “Online Registration & Renewal of ARN & EUIN” module.
    (Click here)

  2. Log In
    Use your existing login ID and password to log in.

  3. Update Profile
    Click on the ‘Update Profile’ button.

  4. Self Declaration
    Click on the ‘Self Declaration’ icon.

  5. Choose DSC Mode
    Select ‘OTP’ as the mode of DSC submission and click ‘Next’.

  6. Acknowledge Declaration

    • The Self-Declaration content will appear on screen.

    • Check the checkbox against each paragraph.

    • Click on the ‘Generate OTP’ button at the end of the page.

    You will receive OTPs on both your registered mobile number and email address.

  7. Enter OTPs

    • Enter both OTPs received (email and mobile) in the respective fields.

    • Click on the ‘SUBMIT’ button.

  8. Confirmation
    On successful submission of correct OTPs, the message
    “Annual Self-Declaration form submitted successfully” will appear, confirming that your DSC has been submitted.


Important Note:

If you have not activated your login credentials, please:

  • Send an email request from your registered email ID to
    📧 sd_amfi@camsonline.com

  • CAMS will respond with a link to activate your login credentials.
